As a licensed real estate broker serving the Tyler area since 2001, Betty has built a sizeable sales portfolio over the past 20 years that speaks volumes about her general competence and ability to get the best for her clients.
Because she is a Tyler native, Betty knows what a great place East Texas can be to live and raise a family. After living in California and Hawaii for many years, Betty was happy to get back to her Tyler roots in 1996.
Betty’s previous real estate experience includes her work in Hawaii where she earned her Hawaii real estate license and worked for the Honolulu Board of REALTORS® serving as the Professional Standards and Arbitration Committee secretary. Betty has been a Tyler REALTOR® for over 20 years, and a broker for 18 of those years. Prior to forming Davidson Realty, in 2019, Betty worked as an associate broker at RE/MAX Tyler for 10 years.
Betty has a passion for design and an extensive decorating background. She is an Accredited Staging Professional and decorates model homes and stages homes for re-sale.

Betty is married to Tyler Attorney Don Davidson, and when they are not working, they enjoy spending time with their 7 adorable grandchildren.
